Role Description
1) This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, based in Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai.
2) The Key Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of all our Kitchen partner accounts listed in
Swiggy & Zomato,
developing and executing business plans, and ensuring growth for each kitchen partners.
3) This role involves
analytical tasks, strategic planning, promotion and providing exceptional relationships with the Swiggy & Zomato
teams for running ads, monitoring performances and account reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Must have worked in
Swiggy, Zomato, or similar platforms for at least 3+ years. - Experience in Key Account Management and Customer Service
- Strong Analytical Skills and
Business Planning abilities - Proficiency in managing and maintaining key accounts
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think and execute the
sales and marketing support for our kitchens - Previous experience in the
food industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
