We are hiring Tendering Engineer for a leading Commercial Interior Contractor Firm in Pattabiram Location

A Tendering Engineer with 5-7 years of experience for a commercial interior contractor firm plays a crucial role in managing tenders, estimating costs, and ensuring project viability.

Key Responsibilities

  • *Tender Preparation*: Prepare and submit tenders for commercial interior projects, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • *Cost Estimation*: Estimate project costs including materials, labor, and overheads.
  • *Bid Management*: Coordinate bid processes, analyze tender documents, and ensure adherence to client requirements.
  • *Contract Negotiation*: Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with clients.
  • *Project Viability*: Assess project feasibility considering budget, timeline, and resources.
  • *Collaboration*: Work with design, procurement, and project management teams for tender and project execution.

Requirements

  • *Experience*: 5-7 years in tendering, estimating, or related roles in commercial interior contracting.
  • *Education*: Degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture/Construction Management) or relevant field.
  • *Skills*: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • *Software Proficiency*: Knowledge of estimating software, MS Office, and possibly BIM tools.
