Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager for an on-site role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and identifying business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, managing the sales process, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with the Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Processed Food sectors is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai
