Responsibilities
  • Manage initiation and delivery of projects aligned with the Change and M&A framework.
  • Define and agree on project scope, deliverables, timelines, costs, and benefits.
  • Plan, monitor, and report on project teams across multiple geographies.
  • Lead risk management activities and maintain RAID logs.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Over 15 years of experience in project management within Insurance/Financial Services.
  • Strong expertise in project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and change management.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, MSP preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI, MS Visio advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills across global teams.
