Advertising Account Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as primary client contact for assigned accounts—build trust, set expectations, and translate business goals into advertising strategies.
- Plan, launch and own end-to-end digital campaigns across search, social, display and programmatic channels to meet KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with creative, ad-ops and analytics teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and quality control.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR), and implement data-driven optimizations to improve results.
- Prepare and present concise weekly/monthly performance reports, insights and strategic recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities; partner with sales and strategy teams to expand scope and revenue.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven track record managing advertising accounts in an agency or client-side environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Practical knowledge of Programmatic Advertising and Ad Operations
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and campaign performance reporting
- Strong campaign planning, stakeholder management and client-facing skills
Preferred
- Experience with DV360 or The Trade Desk
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau) or Google Data Studio
- Google Ads Certification or equivalent industry credentials
