  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
  • Employee Relations
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Conduct one to one meetings with employees
  • Policy Implementation
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
  • Performance Management
  • Coordinate appraisals and performance reviews
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and development goals
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs
  • Review and update compensation structures
  • Knowledge in ESI and PF
  • Training & Development
  • Organize workshops and training sessions
  • Promote continuous learning and career growth
  • HR Strategy & Planning
  • Work with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
  • Analyze workforce data to improve retention and productivity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
