Overview

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable HR & Admin Executive to support our dynamic team. The position will involve core human resources functions and administrative tasks. This role will play a critical part in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting smooth office operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HR systems.
  • Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training coordination.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and act as a liaison between staff and management.
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and support payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Support the leadership team with scheduling, reporting, and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR/Admin role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRMS platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
