Role Overview

We are hiring a
Client Account Manager
to oversee onboarding, relationship management, and continued support for our institutional clients (engineering colleges). This role will be critical in ensuring smooth implementation, engagement, and client satisfaction post-onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned college accounts after onboarding
  • Coordinate with internal teams (tech, content, support) to ensure smooth implementation
  • Schedule and conduct orientation sessions and training for faculty/students
  • Track product usage and engagement across assigned institutions
  • Share timely updates on new features, important questions, and exam-related content
  • Collect feedback from faculty and students and relay insights to the product/content team
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and renewal of B2B contracts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business)
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of Tamil or other regional languages is a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
  • Proficient with basic tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
