Role Description:

We are hiring a Team Leader (B2B Outbound Sales) for our TradeIndia process. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales executives, driving revenue through outbound B2B sales calls, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and maintaining quality standards.

This role requires strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to drive a performance-oriented team.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months experience in B2B outbound as Team Leader for sales / telesales / lead generation (preferably from platforms like TradeIndia, IndiaMART, Justdial, or similar B2B portals).

Graduate with strong sales orientation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in team handling will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outbound sales executives.

Manage daily operations of the TradeIndia outbound sales process.

Ensure team members meet individual and team sales targets.

Monitor and improve call quality, pitch, and conversion rate.

Provide regular training, feedback, and performance reviews.

Handle escalations and resolve client queries effectively.

Coordinate with management to plan strategies for revenue growth.

Maintain accurate sales reports and share updates with senior management.
