Inside - Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll engage with customers over calls to resolve queries, drive sales, and exceed daily targets all while becoming product-savvy and supporting a high-performing sales team.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and initiate outbound customer calls, resolving queries and delivering solutions
- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads to meet or exceed daily targets
- Log all interactions meticulously in CRM and leverage data to improve outreach
- Collaborate with teammates to drive collective success
- Keep product knowledge sharp and stay updated on industry trends to boost closing rates
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- 12 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, telesales, or similar roles
- Fluent in English and Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil
- Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- High level of CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent)
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)

- Work Mode: Onsite at our Bengaluru office

Compensation & Benefits
- Incentives: 15,000–20,000 per month in addition to base pay
