Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive Performance Marketing Assistant Manager with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. You will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing our performance campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta to drive acquisition and retention metrics
- Ad Setup & Budget Management: Build ad campaigns, ad groups, creatives, targeting, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Run experiments on creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics including ROAS/TRoAS and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams on creative/content and align with agencies or partners for campaign rollout.
- Data & Reporting: Prepare performance dashboards, analyze data, and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: 4–6 years in performance or digital marketing, with exposure to campaign management and analytics.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4).
- Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
