Asst Manager / Project Engineer Civil BE Civil (Experience 10 to 12 years)

  • The candidate should be able to handle the project independently.
  • Candidate should have sound knowledge of Project Planning, Execution & Management of residential, Infra & Plotted Development Projects.
  • The candidate should be able to Estimate construction activities.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include project planning, design development, cost estimation, site supervision, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordination with stakeholders like contractors, architects, and government agencies.
  • Creating detailed designs and engineering specifications, Reviewing and evaluating designs for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction progress. Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

  • Communicating project status to stakeholders, Preparing reports and documentation related to the project, Facilitating communication between different teams and stakeholders

  • Engineer Civil: DCE /BE Civil (Experience 4 to 6 years)

  • Candidate should have sound knowledge of residential, Infra & Plotted Development Projects.
