Job Description

At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented Civil Designer (Revit) to join our dedicated team at our office located in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

Position Responsibilities

  • BIM360 project setup for Document Management System for document review and approval.
  • Project setup for 3D modeling activity in Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D as per client requirements.
  • Automated batch for Navisworks review model generation by integrating all discipline models.
  • Clash detection in Navisworks Manage and getting resolved by all disciplines.
  • Providing Training to Designers for Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D.
  • Implementing & maintaining CAD standard for 2D Drawing System.
  • Develop BIM Contact (Family) for Structural, Assets, Architectural & MEP Systems as required.
  • Develop any type of schedules from Revit.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Certified Auto CAD/Revit designer or Technical Design Draughtsman
  • Experience in the Building Industry, particularly Engineering plants, Concrete buildings, and steel structure construction.
  • Competent with MS Office Software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma in Civil or Building Construction.
