We're Hiring: Front Office Manager – Grand Estancia, Salem
Grand Estancia is looking for an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office operations. If you excel in guest relations, team leadership, and seamless service delivery, this is the perfect role to grow your career in a leading hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily Front Office operations ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through efficient service and proactive problem-solving.
• Lead, train, and motivate the FO team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Manage room allocation, billing, and guest queries with accuracy.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and support management in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a reputed hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of PMS/Front Office systems and hotel operations.
• Ability to manage teams, multitask, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-first approach with strong attention to detail.
