Job Description :

We are looking for a Project Manager; to handle the site execution of Building project with MEP works in Mumbai. In this role, you will be required to handle and deliver the project execution in a timely, technically sound manner with quality and safest. .To ensure success as a Project Manager you should be up to date with working sequence, manage resources efficiently, deal with customers requirements and have a problem solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Execution::

  • Lead Day to day site execution by ensuring planned activities are executed
  • Labour management and assignment to individual tasks on a daily basis
  • Lead site engineers, supervisors and other team members regarding progress, quality and safety
  • Represent company to client and PMC, including but not limited to communication, progress commitments, updates and decision making
  • Plan and guide procurement team to ensure resource availability on time.
  • Ensure internal company processes are followed.

Billing (client and vendor side)

  • Approving client-side bill prepared by billing engineer
  • Approving of vendor and labour bills to forward to head office for account processing

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Civil engineering is a minimum
  • Minimum experience of 10 years in execution and 2 years as project manager
  • Must have ability to bring more resources such as labour, team, vendors in addition to the ones provided by company
  • Proficiency in using the following tools is minimum
  • MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • J ADJ
