Job Summary:

The Civil Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all civil construction and infrastructure activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of civil and infrastructure projects from start to finish.
  • Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for project progress, technical issues, and approvals.
  • Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and method statements before implementation.
  • Monitor daily progress reports, manage delays, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment as per project timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship and compliance with project plans.
  • Manage project documentation, billing, and cost control.
  • Supervise project engineers, supervisors, and site staff to achieve milestones.
  • Lead project review meetings and prepare management reports on project status.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure project management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred) and project execution methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and client management abilities.
