Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training arrangements.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process by tracking employee performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Engagement:
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, surveys, and feedback sessions.
Training:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
