Area Sales Manger

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate business opportunities in the Project Sales segment (builders, architects, contractors, and institutional clients).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and consultants to promote company products.
  • Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close project deals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events for lead generation.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven track record in project sales/business development (preferably in building materials, bath fittings, construction, or related industries).
  • Strong network with builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; CRM knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in project sales.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary (fixed + incentives).
  • TA/DA as per company policy.

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
