
Area Sales Manger

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate business opportunities in the Project Sales segment (builders, architects, contractors, and institutional clients).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and consultants to promote company products.
- Drive sales growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close project deals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events for lead generation.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in project sales/business development (preferably in building materials, bath fittings, construction, or related industries).
- Strong network with builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in project sales.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary (fixed + incentives).
- TA/DA as per company policy.
