Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Asst. Manager HR for a reputed Company in the Infrastructure industry for Gujarat (Ahmedabad) location.
Job Description:
This includes managing schedules, handling communications, preparing reports, and assisting in HR interventions and tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR-related communications.
- Prepare documents and reports for meetings and structured MIS.
- Coordinate and business partnering with all relevant stakeholders.
- Critically manage coordination among diverse stakeholders and review progress
- Assist in information management including storage, retrieval and processing ( documents, digital information etc.)
Working Days - 6 Days (4th Saturday off)
Candidate's Profile:
- High Emotional Quotient, composure and people management skills
- Strong organizational skills, collaboration and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT savviness and proficiency in Office productivity software (MS Office suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A Graduation Degree and preferred MBA HR QUALIFICATIONS from a reputed institute.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
