Job Title: Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Industrial Engineering

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 7–10 Years (HVAC / Refrigeration / AHU / Electrical Panels / Industrial Products / Automotive)
Qualification: B.E / B. Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Salary Range: ₹8 – ₹11 LPA

Job Overview:

We are hiring a results-driven Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – Industrial Engineering to lead continuous improvement, capacity planning, productivity enhancements, and lean initiatives in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in process engineering, time studies, plant layout, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering activities across the plant.

  • Optimize manufacturing cycle times, resource planning, and process routings.

  • Execute productivity improvement projects including time & method studies (MOST), lean projects, and low-cost automation.

  • Drive kaizen, visual management, and waste elimination strategies.

  • Plan and improve plant layout, capacity utilization, and flow of material.

  • Monitor and report manufacturing KPIs and MIS on a regular basis.

  • Work with cross-functional teams for implementation of jigs, fixtures, and conveyor systems.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of time & method study, productivity improvement, and costing.

  • Expertise in lean tools, capacity planning, and process optimization.

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP / SAP B1.

  • Hands-on experience in industrial/plant engineering within HVAC or similar industries.

  • Effective communicator and a collaborative team player.
