Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Onsite Manager (Civil) for our ongoing project, located in Lucknow. The Onsite Manager will oversee construction activities, coordinate and manage project execution, and ensure compliance with safety and design standards. Responsibilities include supervising site teams, managing timelines, conducting site inspections, and ensuring adherence to project plans and quality control measures. This position demands hands-on on-site management and coordination with contractors, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively
  • Experience in Stormwater Management and infrastructure development
  • Proven Team Leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate personnel on-site
  • Proficiency in conducting site Inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and construction standards
  • Understanding of civil construction and infrastructure-related best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally in township or residential projects
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
