Role Description:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement for Local, Import and Export purchases.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers, Logistics Partners, and CHA for smooth shipments.
  • Prepare purchase orders, evaluate rates, and maintain records.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing for cost-effective sourcing.
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and resolve issues.
  • Build strong vendor relationships and drive process improvements.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in procurement with exposure to Import & Export Operations.
  • Strong vendor management, Supplier Evaluation, and Negotiation Skills.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders.

Qualification:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in procurement, ideally with a system integrator or within the ELV domain.
