Job Title: CPL Business Development Manager( International & Domestic market)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development to drive the growth of our CPL (Cost-Per-Lead) campaigns in Domestic market . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of CPL campaigns across diverse regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

Identify and evaluate potential Domestic Markets for CPL campaigns.

Research client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Client Acquisition & Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agencies, and partners in Domestic markets.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Campaign Development & Execution:

Collaborate with clients to design and implement CPL campaigns tailored to specific goals.

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Revenue Growth:

Meet and exceed revenue targets by expanding client base and enhancing campaign performance.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Provide feedback to improve campaign strategies and product offerings.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on business development activities, campaign performance, and market insights.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in digital marketing or CPL campaigns.

Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Prior experience in CPL campaign management and a track record of success in Domestic business development are highly preferred.
