Job Role: Sr. Visa Executive (Marine & Corporate/ Business )

Location: Lower Parel & Currey Road

Department: Visa & Documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle visa processing for Marine travelers (seafarers) and corporate clients, ensuring compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
  • Manage documentation, application forms, and appointments for various visas (Schengen, USA, UK, etc.).
  • Coordinate with shipping companies, manning agencies, and corporate clients for smooth visa facilitation.
  • Keep updated with visa regulations, embassy requirements, and policy changes.
  • Track applications, follow up with embassies/VFS, and update clients on status.
  • Ensure error-free documentation and high approval success rates.
  • Provide guidance and advisory support to clients on visa categories, processes, and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) compliance.
  • Support internal teams (Airline, Hotel, Marine desk, Corporate desk) for any visa-related queries.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate with 5 years of experience in Marine/Corporate/ Business visa processing.
  • Strong knowledge of seafarer visa categories (Schengen C1/D, Transit, Work permits, etc.).
  • Experience in corporate travel visa documentation will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.

Work Time: 10 am to 7 pm

Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed off & ( 2 Sat off)
