Role Overview:

We don't want order takers. We want sales closers. If you've never sold to cold leads before, please don't apply. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who can handle sales, pitch our services effectively, convert leads into enrollments, and maintain healthy customer relationships. He/ she must be fluent in Hindi. The role also involves maintaining follow-up pipelines and using basic CRM and email tools, combining tele sales efficiency with inside sales strategy. EdTech experience would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Pitch our Services.
  • Convince leads to enroll for our services.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Follow up regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Maintain lead records in the CRM / Google Sheets.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Work with the team to achieve daily / weekly targets.
  • Share feedback from calls for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in sending payment links and resolving any queries related to services.
  • Participate in sales review meetings and training.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Freshers can apply if you have a minimum 2 years of experience in sales in edtech that will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English & Hindi.
  • Basic computer and email handling skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets / CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Ability to handle rejections and keep a positive attitude.
