Uni-Com India Pvt. Ltd. is searching for a strong business leader to own the revenue growth, distribution excellence, and people development across a high-potential zone. This role drives strategy, execution, and profitability through multiple territories and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Revenue Delivery
- Deliver Primary, Secondary & Tertiary sales targets for the zone
- Drive business scale through outlet expansion & deeper penetration
- Build and execute strategic GTM plans for new product introductions
- Ensure market share growth in every assigned city and channel
- Improve sales mix, ASP, and sell-through efficiency continuously
Channel & Distribution Excellence
- Network expansion through distributor appointments in gap areas
- Track distributor ROI, working capital, stock hygiene & service levels
- Strengthen demand planning to maximize stock turns and minimize ageing
- Optimize credit limits, claim hygiene & cash flow discipline
Team Management & Capability Building
- Lead a team of ASMs, SOs & Promoter Supervisors with accountability
- Coach frontline teams through market working and business reviews
- Build talent pipeline for future leadership roles
- Ensure high morale, reward culture and performance governance
Market Execution & Brand Advocacy
- Drive high-standard visibility execution & retail branding programs
- Ensure pricing discipline and market hygiene against grey/discounting
- Lead flawless execution of marketing activities & festival launches
Market Intelligence & Insights
- Conduct periodic competitor mapping: pricing, channel strategy, launches
- Analyze weekly/monthly MIS with business insights and action plans
- Identify new opportunities: channel diversification, hotspot mapping
Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing, Product & Service teams
- Build strong relationships with key retailers & business influencers
- Represent the zone in leadership reviews with clear performance visibility
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12–15 years of experience in Mobile Handset / Telecom / FMCG distribution
- Proven track record of managing multiple territories & large teams
- Strong business acumen in sales analytics & distribution economics
- Excellent planning, leadership & conflict management skills
- MBA preferred (Marketing/Sales)

Reports To: State Head or Business Head
