Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales process, engaging with customers, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Customer Support:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Coordination & Documentation:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales documentation, contracts, and orders.
- Ensure all sales paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in an organized manner.
- Sales Process Support:
- Track and follow up on leads, submit quotes, follow up sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely processing of quotes, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow from order initiation to fulfillment.
- Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
- Address customer complaints, concerns, or special requests effectively.
- Sales Reporting and CRM Management:
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
- Other Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings as needed.
- Assist in inventory management, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders professionally.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred.
- MS Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft for data analysis, reporting, and tracking purposes.
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage and prioritize client needs.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
