Job Overview

We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Executive to join our team at Ambiw Web Pvt. Ltd. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for various HR functions and play a key role in talent acquisition and management. This full-time position is based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, focusing on IT recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Fresher with 1 year of experience (prior internship experience in HR is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of IT recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals for sourcing candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks, to attract quality candidates
  • Conduct screening of resumes and shortlisting candidates for further evaluation
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both telephonic and in-person
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including induction programs and joining formalities
  • Manage employee exit formalities and conduct exit interviews
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR
  • Support other HR activities as required
