Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing HR management activities, supporting the recruitment process, conducting onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee development and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies development
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing or toy industry is a plus
  • HR Office time Software Knowledge must require
