Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, facilitating training and development programs, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee relations
  • Skills in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of performance management and training and development programs
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
