Location: Indore

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Research Associate (Intern) to support our research, data analysis, and documentation activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students seeking hands-on experience in research, data interpretation, and analytical reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesResearch & Data Collection

  • Conduct basic market research, competitor research, and data gathering from verified sources.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and structuring data for internal projects.
  • Support in creating surveys, questionnaires, and research forms.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Prepare simple reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings.
  • Help identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate documentation of research processes and outputs.
  • Assist senior analysts in project coordination and daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams whenever required.

Quality Support

  • Validate the accuracy and relevance of collected data.
  • Support in proofreading and formatting documents to ensure quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, Arts, Science, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Basic understanding of research methods and data handling.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹5, ₹8,287.77 per month
