Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Indore. The Sales Associate will engage with potential clients to explain the company's research services and products, build relationships, and identify opportunities to meet client needs. Responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, achieving sales targets, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and collaborating with the team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and client retention strategies
  • Understanding of financial markets, particularly equity and commodity segments
  • Basic knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards related to market research
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a financial services or related sales role is an advantage
