Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – USA Market (Based in India with Extensive Travel to the USA)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:


• Travel extensively to the USA weeks annually) to target new business opportunities and foster client relationships.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects in the USA market.


• Identify, generate, and qualify leads, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Job Specification:


• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on the USA market.


• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and successfully closing deals.


• Ability to travel extensively to the USA weeks annually) for business meetings, presentations, and events.


• Strong understanding of the USA market, customer behavior, and industry trends.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage remote working tasks effectively.

Preference:


• Prior experience in USA-based sales or managing USA clients from India.


• Valid USA visa (if applicable).


• A degree in business, marketing, or related field.
