In this role you'll make an impact by:

Being primarily responsible for delivering comprehensive technical documentation packages in response to global customer inquiries.
Coordinate with stakeholders on contributing to the quality and timely delivery of information related to customer inquiries.
Responding to customers involves reviewing documentation related to product, production process, regulatory compliance and certifications.
Ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive monitoring and data analysis to support continuous improvements.
Driving the governance for TS lab for Food and Quality requirements. 
Evaluate QMS effectiveness, ensure compliance and identify gaps as per ISO 9001 requirement for varied functions.
Driving training programs on Food safety and Quality requirements to Commercial, Quality and other teams.
Contributing to team projects and be a team player.

Potentially relevant experience:

• Hold a Master's degree or B. Tech in Life/Food sciences/Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Biochemistry.
• Have 10-12 years work experience in quality assurance in food, beverage/ biotechnology/nutraceutical industry.
• Exposure to certifications, regulations and GMP will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization and process automation (such as Power BI, Power Automate or similar) is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good interpersonal skills are essential.
