Responsible to oversee day to day food court operations  as per the SOP.

Plan and execute manpower scheduling

Recruit, train and supervise staff for the improvement of the staff.

Conduct checks on quality of the food and beverage products, 

Daily general fire and safety audits to ensure the safety of the food court and the tenants.

Prepare shift, daily income and weekly reports and Monthly MMR reports.

Upkeep the facility to ensure the food court assets are well maintaining.

Problem-solving and investigative role when customer complains about food or service.

Responsible to Garbage disposable management procedures as per the Gov. policy.

Ensure that the daily garbage removal to be done from food court.

Responsible for operation of OWC machine as per the SOP.

Responsible for TPU room operations for the food court operations.

Responsible to provide clean trays to tenants on regular basis.

Responsible for food court washrooms cleanliness.

   Inspect buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestation and  determine the type of treatment needed.

Taking care of Mall Parking operations

 Making management reports like DMR/Incident reports and data collection and submission for department MMR.

 Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and counseling staff and evaluating employee performance.

Attending periodic training and implementing the learnings in your day to day operations

Ensure proper staffing and initiate strategic placement of employees to maximize efficient operation of parking.

 Daily Audits of parking revenue and collections. Share suggestions/ plan for increase in the same.

Team building-  Include staff in planning, decision-making, facilitating, and process improvement.
