JOB SUMMARY:

IndusInd Bank is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Senior Program Manager- Alternate Channel with a focus on Portfolio Management, PnL Management, and Technology Integrations for Banks Alternate Acquisition, Virtual Engagement and Relationship

Management channels. This role will play a pivotal part in scaling up the channel efficiently while collaborating with key stakeholders, including the Channels Sales, Product Management, Campaign, Solution Delivery Group, Decision Science Team, Business Intelligence and External Vendors

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Portfolio Management:

  2. Strategically manage and optimize the virtual relationship portfolio to ensure sustained growth and profitability

  3. Own customer lifecycle for Banks new customers who are being engaged by Alternate Channel and strategize interventions for the relevant segments
  4. Analyse customer behaviors and preferences, both through existing data and feedback and surveys to tailor offerings and enhance overall portfolio performance.

2. P&L Management:

  • Drive initiatives to maximize channels Profitability through effective cost management and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with the Decision Science Team to implement data-driven, AI enabled strategies for PnL improvement.

3. Technology Integrations:

  • Oversee the integration of technology solutions with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance the Virtual Relationship Management channel.
  • Collaborate closely with the Solution Delivery, Product and Technology Team to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative solutions.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Engage with key stakeholders, including the Channel Head, Solution Delivery Group, Decision Science Team, Business Intelligence, and Product Teams.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships to align business and technology initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with business intelligence team to ensure all the relevant success metrics are in place and are appropriately measured and circulated

5. Business and Product Initiatives:

  • Lead and contribute to various business and product initiatives aimed at scaling the liability book and also improving cross-sell funnels.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and productivity for all the use cases being serviced by various Alternate Channel teams

Desired Skill Sets:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field. Master's degree in Marketing/Finance from a Tier 1 B-School is preferred
  • Experience working closely with Outbound Call Centers/Virtual Relationship teams is preferred
  • Proven experience in Portfolio Management, PnL optimization, and Technology Integration within the financial services sector is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive initiatives that positively impact business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and industry best practices.
