We are hiring for a Manager -Insurance (Project Finance / Infrastructure) role with one of India's leading highway trusts. The role is based in Mumbai and requires expertise in managing insurance programs for infrastructure/highway/real estate projects.

*Candidates working in similar industry like HCC, Essel, Reliance Infrastructure, IRD are preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing comprehensive insurance programs for project assets and corporate risks.
  • Handling procurement, placement, and renewal of insurance policies in line with concession agreements and lender requirements.
  • Leading end-to-end claims management including intimation, documentation, survey coordination, and settlement.
  • Conducting risk assessments, identifying coverage gaps, and recommending risk transfer solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, lender, and concessioning authority requirements.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact with insurers, brokers, lenders, and concessioning authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 6-15 years of relevant experience in insurance management for infrastructure, highways, or real estate like HCC, Essel, Reliance Infrastructure, IRB.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
