Key Result Areas:

  1. Ensures setting & operating of CNC Turning/Turn mill machines.

  2. Supervise the shop to achieve daily production as per desired Quality.

  3. Need to train new operators.

  4. Need to maintain TPM, As9100, Inspection report, Fixture management and measuring instruments management.

  5. Housekeeping in Green zone

  6. Adherence to Safety, Systems & Standards

Job Description:

  1. Setting and operating of CNC Turning, VTL, VTC, Turn mill, Mill-turn with SIEMENS & Fanuc Controllers. Need to understand turning programs.

  2. Setting and operating of 3axis and 5 axis milling machines with SIEMENS & Fanuc Controllers. Need to understand milling programs.

  3. Machining of Precision turning/milling of components and sub- assemblies of close tolerances, Handling, and machining of thin-wall subassembly productively.

  4. Can be perform shift supervisor duty in machine shop.
  5. Knowledge of drawing reading, Geometrical tolerance cutting tools and parameters.
  6. Good machining knowledge required Inconel, Titanium, SS, MDN and aluminum material machining.

  7. Good knowledge required about measuring instruments.

  8. Maintaining the logbook on machine to narrate work done on machine during shift.

  9. Need to understand the Process sheet, Rework sheet, Route card, Tool list, and Fixture drawing.

  10. Identifying and implementing kaizens by preparing data sheets for cycle time analysis and cycle time reduction.

11.Identifying and implementing Kaizens on shop floor 12. Need to take care of machine, Fixture, Measuring instruments, Cutting tools and consumable items. 13. Preparing of in process inspection reports, SOPs, TPM Charts

  1. Ensure System Implementation as per AS9100, OHSAS, EMS, ISMS, TPM & TOC etc.

  2. Employee will put all efforts to ensure Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of information.

  3. To ensure upkeep of green corner and department notice board.

  4. To train newcomers.

  5. To participate in CFTs and implement improvement activities.

  6. Responsible to control usage of energy sources for Environmental protection and Energy Security for sustainable growth.
