Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Built Environment Design, Urban Development, and Project Conceptualization. The role involves leading architectural and structural design, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving innovation across large-scale industrial, residential, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design development integrating Architecture, Structure, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, and Faade.
  • Ensure compliance with NBC, local bye-laws, and regulatory norms.
  • Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and government authorities for approvals and execution.
  • Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and innovation in design.
  • Oversee BIM, Lean practices, and safety standards from design to delivery.
  • Manage statutory matters including land, revenue, and property tax issues.
  • Contribute to divisional initiatives like Kaizen, BBS, and Business Excellence.

Skills Required:

  • Strong conceptual and structural design capabilities
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination
  • Knowledge of construction materials and technologies
  • Familiarity with BIM, Lean, and regulatory frameworks
