Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing service levels provided to clients to ensure the sustenance of existing business and identifying new business opportunities through methods such as cold calling, generating referrals, and networking. Your primary goal will be to deliver the best services to clients and banks. Key Responsibilities: - Reaching out to clients for renewals - Explaining policies to clients - Generating leads - Providing regular training for executives on policies and products - Maintaining a combined ratio and minimizing loss and cost of acquisition - Keeping CoR below 90% - Identifying and addressing fraudulent cases, including potentially ending partnerships with clients - Ensuring hygiene maintenance - Proactively meeting targets - Submitting cheques within 7 days - Adhering to IRDA regulations - Acquiring new partners - Approaching new clients Qualification Required: - 1-2 years of experience in leading businesses across different geographies - Graduate from any discipline, preferably with an MBA Additional Company Details: You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as Operations for issuance and banking operations, Branch Managers for policy approvals and new leads, and Zonal Sales Managers for new partner acquisition. Externally, you will engage with Zonal Sales Managers for new partner acquisition and State Head Partners to explain new products and policies.,
