Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Engineer to join our team and support deployment of our Hospital Management System (HMS) software across client locations. The role involves extensive travel across India and, based on performance, opportunities to travel to the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MS SQL Database, Crystal Reports, and basic SQL querying, along with prior experience in a hospital IT environment or HMS software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

· Travel to client sites across India (minimum 2 weeks/month); occasional international travel (Middle East) based on performance.

· Handle on-site implementation of HMS software, including installation, configuration, and data migration.

· Provide training and post-implementation support to hospital staff and IT teams.

· Troubleshoot system issues during and after implementation phases.

· Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.

· Support remote clients from HQ when not traveling.

· Prepare and maintain documentation for each client implementation.

Technical Skills Required

· Hands-on experience in MS SQL Server and writing basic SQL queries.

· Familiarity with Crystal Reports for report generation and customization.

· Understanding of hospital workflows and processes is a strong advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Open to graduates and non-graduates with relevant experience.

Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as IT support staff in a hospital environment, or

At least 1 year of experience in companies providing HMS solutions such as:

  • SUKRA SOFTWARE )

Soft Skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently at client locations.

· Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic project schedules.

· Problem-solving mindset and a client-first approach.

Note

The role involves maximum 30 continuous days of on-site implementation, followed by a minimum 2-week break before the next travel. Some months may not require travel and will involve remote support from HQ.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
