IAM Implementation Support Engineer (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IAM Implementation Support Engineer to join our growing cybersecurity and identity management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, including Saviynt, CyberArk, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Entra ID (Azure AD), NetIQ, Felina, and Delinea.

You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assisting in deployment, configuration, and integration of IAM solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for IAM platforms (Saviynt, CyberArk, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, etc.)
  • Assist in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IAM tools and workflows
  • Monitor and resolve user access issues, provisioning, and de-provisioning requests
  • Troubleshoot integration and authentication issues across systems
  • Support patching, upgrades, and enhancements for IAM tools
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance and policy alignment
  • Maintain detailed documentation and operational runbooks

Key Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IAM support or implementation roles
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2 or more IAM tools (Saviynt, CyberArk, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Entra ID, NetIQ, Felina, or Delinea)
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, SSO, and MFA concepts
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

  • IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Engineer, CyberArk Trustee, or Saviynt Professional)
  • Exposure to PowerShell, Python, or REST API scripting for automation
