About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Engineer to be part of our client success and deployment team. The role involves setting up and supporting our software systems at client locations, primarily within India. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, self-driven, and comfortable working in hospital or healthcare IT environments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Execute end-to-end software implementation activities at client sites.

· Travel across India for client deployments (approximately 2 weeks per month). Exceptional performers may handle projects in the Middle East as well.

· Participate in installation, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

· Work on MS SQL databases, perform SQL queries, and create or modify Crystal Reports.

· Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients when required.

· Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

· Prepare documentation and handover reports post-implementation.

Technical Competencies:

· Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and basic SQL scripting.

· Familiarity with Crystal Reports and database connectivity.

· Sound understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.

Candidate Profile:

· Education: Open to graduates and non-graduates with relevant experience.

· Experience:

o Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in hospital IT departments, OR

o Minimum 1 year of experience in an implementation/support role from other industries.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively and manage client-facing responsibilities.

Work Schedule & Travel:

· Minimum 2 weeks of travel per month within India.

· Project durations may extend up to 30 continuous days with subsequent breaks.

· When not traveling, the candidate will work from HQ supporting ongoing implementations.

Salary: upto 4 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
