Role & responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Provide detailed information about the institutes courses, admissions process, fees, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to resolve student queries.
  • Maintain and update student records in the CRM or database.
  • Follow up with prospective students for admissions and document completion.
  • Handle complaints or concerns and escalate them appropriately when needed.
  • Support in organizing student orientation programs, events, and workshops.
  • Ensure reception or front-office area is well-maintained and organized.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, admissions, and feedback received.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Freshers / Experienced
  • Graduation UG / PG
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge on MS Office
  • Multilingual is added advantage
