Job Summary:We are looking for an Instrumentation Maintenance Executive to take care of all instruments and control systems used in our chemical plant. The person will be responsible for regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments to ensure smooth and safe plant operation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance of instruments like pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
  • Calibrate instruments as per schedule to ensure accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments and control systems.
  • Maintain and update records of all maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Support automation systems like PLC, DCS, SCADA.
  • Follow all safety rules and ensure instruments are safe to operate.
  • Keep track of spare parts and request for replacements when needed.
  • Assist in process improvement and energy-saving projects.
