Executive - Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Execute engineering project including validation of new products, new processes, new machines as per project plan
• Maintain proper BOM and routings details in SAP in coordination with CoE Engineering Spain.
• Perform validation of equipments by creating validation protocol and tests as listed in the protocol.
• Conduct experimental engineering samples as per requirement from CoE or per validation plan within the defined turnaround time by coordinating with production and QC
• Responsible for harmonization of standard cycle time (routing time) for all the product codes in SAP.
• Develop and validate new assembly jigs and fixtures conferring with vendors.
• Team up with QA for production cell audit per schedule.
• Co-work with cross functional term to determine root causes of failure (if required using statistical methods), propose and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Analyze daily product and process reports and summarizing information and trends
• Keeps equipments operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established SOP.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirement and line layout.
• Take necessary actions to replace defective or damaged tools, fixtures and equipments.
• Collect and compile monthly report on conversion performance for SQCDME
• Should be able to undertake any other tasks directed as and when required
• Responsible to support implementing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems, processes and procedures that improves the Occupational Health and Safety of the employees and other interested parties in according to ISO 45001
• Responsible to support implementation of Environment management systems, processes and procedures in accordance with ISO 14001
