Job Title: Telesales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Telesales Engineer to join our sales team. The role involves generating leads, engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their technical requirements, and providing suitable solutions. The Telesales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by combining strong communication skills with technical knowledge of the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telesales activities to generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with the company's product offerings.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and benefits in a clear and concise manner.
  • Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and CRM systems.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and relevant technical documents.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the company's products (e.g., electrical, electronics, IT, engineering solutions).
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, IT, or related field).
  • 0–2 years of experience in telesales/inside sales/technical sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
  • Previous experience in B2B sales is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹24,925.38 per month
