  • Support regional Field Marketing team in effective local activation of integrated campaign.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Industry & Marketing Expertise
  • Deep understanding of business and technology trends in Insurance industry.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology services.
  • Strong experience in using digital channels and platforms for awareness and demand gen activities.
  • Proven success in integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience of working in / with Partner ecosystem for marketing initiatives is an advantage
  • Client-Centric & Demand Generation Skills
  • Strong demand generation expertise and a client-first mindset.
  • Experience in developing client personas and journey-based marketing strategies.
  • Communication & Influence
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of cross-functional engagement.
