Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to take complete ownership of our B2B lead generation through strategic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to expand our reach and strengthen our brand presence in the automotive industry.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in
B2B marketing and Demand generation
. - Strong knowledge of social media management, email marketing, website administration, PR, and event marketing.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete
ownership of marketing deliverables
. - Proficiency in
digital marketing tools, analytics
, and CRM platforms will be an added advantage. - Manage, and optimize
SEO
strategies to strengthen and maintain Olystra's website ranking. - Plan, coordinate, and execute
branding initiatives
across digital and offline platforms. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new product lines.
