Business Development Manager

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Coordinator/Executive to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation and client coordination, and the ability to manage multiple business development activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
- Draft high-quality outreach messages, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Client Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, appointments, and calls.
- Support the business development team in preparing meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up action items.
- Handle post-meeting follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and meeting schedules.
- Ensure smooth logistical support for conferences, events, and client visits.
Business Development Support
- Assist in researching potential markets, competitors, and target accounts.
- Support the creation of BD collateral such as decks, reports, and proposals.
- Track progress of leads and BD activities, providing regular status updates.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Coordination, Lead Generation, or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (a must).
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, email communication, scheduling tools, and basic office applications.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve business growth and targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
